Jill received her BA in Sociology/Criminology with a minor in Psychology/Business Administration from Drury College in Springfield, Missouri. She received her Nursing Degree from University of North Carolina in Charlotte. She has 17 years of experience in adult ICU and home health. Jill opened Senior Select Home Health eight years ago because of her love for home health care and the geriatric population. "I love the relationships you develop with your clients and their families. At Senior Select our mission is to 'Provide Quality Services For A Quality Life' and go beyond the expectations of the client and physician." Jill and her husband Chris have lived in McKinney for 18 years and have four children; a daughter who lives in London, a son who attends college and 16 year old twin boys.

Barbara Miles

Reimbursement / Office Manager

Barbara brings 20 years of financial management experience in the health care industry to the Senior Select Home Health Team. Previous employement includes work in hospitals, home health, and nursing and assisted living facilities. Additionally, Barbara was the Director of Operations for a multi-state rehabilitation organization that served rural geriatric patients. She is the proud parent of a son and a daughter and has three beautiful granddaughters. In her spare time, Barbara enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her family.

Janet Pryor

Janet has been in home health for 13 years holding various office positions. At Senior Select Home Health she wears multiple hats including intake coordinator and scheduling. Janet lives in Farmersville, Texas and has been married to her husband Johnnie for 33 years. She has two grown daughters and four grandchildren.

Melissa received her Associate's Degree in Applied Science from Collin County Community College. Her computer and organizational skills are a huge asset to the Senior Select administrative staff. She and her husband are the proud parents of a handsome son. What little time extra she has, she spends working out and training for running events.

Norma brings seven years secretarial and administrative experience and skills to our office. This busy mother and grandmother spends as much of her free time as possible enjoying the outdoors.

Sharon is a native of Kentucky, but has lived in Texas for six years (she and her husband like the warm Texas winters). They have also resided in Ohio, Illinois and South Dakota. Sharon has two children and three precious grandchildren and spends her free time traveling to visit them.

Barbara has worked in Home Health for 18 years performing various administrative duties. Barbara is happily married, lives in Plano, and has 2 grown sons. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time outdoors.

Dana graduated from Michigan State University with a Degree in Engineering. Her high energy and organizational skills are invaluable to our front office team. In her free time, Dana enjoys competitive tennis, exercising, boating and skiing. She and her husband Todd, live in McKinney and have two children.

Kim received a Psychology Degree from the University of North Carolina. Her previous work experience includes behavior therapy with Autistic children and marketing for Bell South. Kim is an active volunteer in her community and is a wife and a proud mother of two teenage boys.

Dixie received a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Eastern New Mexico. She taught in public school for 5 years, then spent several years at home with her sons while homeschooling 2 of them. Later she worked in a mutual fund/trust company where she went from receptionist to vice president. Her home health experience includes founding and building a home health agency from the ground up, learning how to perform the many and varied functions involved. She has also worked in IT support for a large hospice company and been a consultant/book keeper for DME. She and her husband, Tommy, have 3 sons, 6 grandsons, and 1 granddaughter, with whom they love to spend their time, energy and money!

Sheryl's 25 years of orthopedic background helps emphasize the physical therapy focus of home health care in her marketing strategy. Since the doors opened at Senior Select Home Health, Sheryl has marketed the company's philosophy of "Providing Quality Services For A Quality Life." Her passion and enthusiasm is reflected while she is working with case managers, social workers, physicians, families and patients to provide services with the ultimate goal of restoring the highest quality of life possible.

Lisa is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, but moved straight to Texas for the warm weather!  As a certified personal trainer, she enjoys helping others stay healthy by teaching body sculpting classes, boot camp workouts, running programs and Senior Select Texercise.  As the mother of three teenagers, she enjoys getting out of the house to garden, run, play tennis and walk her two golden retrievers.

Jeannine Thompson BSN, RN, CWOCN received her BSN from Upper Iowa University and has been a Registered Nurse for 34 years working in Home Care for 16 years. Jeannine has been a Board Certified Wound Ostomy Continence nurse for 20 years, practicing the full scope of WOC nursing, participating in WOC education and consulting in all care settings: Acute Care, Out-patient Wound and Ostomy Clinics, Home Health, Hospice, Long Term Care, Industry and Legal Nurse Consulting. Jeannie joined Senior Select in July 2009. Jeannie lives in McKinney with her husband. They have five grown children and five grandchildren.

Her many years of experience includes working in an OB/Gyn office, care of hospice patients and in home health care before coming to Senior Select as one of its original nurses. "My greatest reward in working for Senior Select is my patients." Mary Jo is married and has four children. In her free time, she enjoys playing competitive tennis, reading and scrapbooking.

Cheryl joined the Senior Select Home Health team in January 2005. She has been in home health care for the last eight years and brings an impressive 26 years of nursing experience to all her patients and to our agency. She is active in her community and church, volunteering from everything including health fairs to political committees. She is married and has three children. In her free time, Cheryl enjoys competitive tennis, reading and cooking.

She has experience in Cardiovascular ICU, Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s nursing director, and has been in Home Health for 4 years. "I have never been more satisfied in my career, serving our community, and providing nursing care to our dear patients". She also enjoys working closely with ostomy patients and teaching/training them to become independent in all aspects regarding their ostomy. Kristen lives in McKinney with her two children.

She has worked as a physical therapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings and most recently is doing research on hip fracture prevention. Linda speaks Spanish and is an avid Yoga practitioner and instructor.

Jackie worked in a skilled nursing facility for 8 years before making the switch to home health. When not working, Jackie enjoys reading, spending time with family, exercising and taking her dogs to the dog park.

In her 20 years of experience, Pam has practiced in the areas of acute care, rehabilitation and home health care of adults and pediatrics as well as school based Occupational Therapy. Pam has been married 27 years and has three daughters. She loves to travel and photography.

Cindy received her Bachelor's Degree of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed her dietetic internship at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. She is a former president of the Dallas Dietetic Association and Texas Dietetic Association Media Spokesperson and continues to be very active in her profession serving on many boards of the American Dietetic Association. She does nutrition consulting for Market Street and the world-renowned Cooper Aerobics Center. Cindy's specialties include geriatrics, cardiovascular wellness and prevention, weight management, exercise and sports nutrition and culinary nutrition. She is married to her college sweetheart, has two sons and is very active in fitness. Cindy plays competitive tennis and love to travel.
