STAFF PROFILES

	Jill Hickman, RN Owner / Administrator Jill received her BA in Sociology/Criminology with a minor in Psychology/Business Administration from Drury College in Springfield, Missouri. She received her Nursing Degree from University of North Carolina in Charlotte. She has 12 years of experience in adult ICU and home health. Jill opened Senior Select Home Health four years ago because of her love for home health care and the geriatric population. "I love the relationships you develop with your clients and their families. At Senior Select our mission is to 'Provide Quality Services For A Quality Life' and go beyond the expectations of the client and physician." Jill and her husband Chris have lived in McKinney for 14 years and have four children; a daughter who lives in London, a son who is a senior in high school and 11 year old twin boys.

	Barbara Miles Reimbursement / Office Manager Barbara brings 20 years of financial management experience in the health care industry to the Senior Select Home Health Team. Previous employement includes work in hospitals, home health, and nursing and assisted living facilities. Additionally, Barbara was the Director of Operations for a multi-state rehabilitation organization that served rural geriatric patients. She is the proud parent of a son and a daughter and has three beautiful granddaughters. In her spare time, Barbara enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her family.

	Shannon Haesly, RN, BSN Director of Nursing Shannon received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Degree at Texas Tech University HSC School of Nursing. She graduated college Magna Cum Laude and has held several management positions in her nursing career. She has provided total patient care for trauma and post operative patients and has experience in surgical/burn ICU, dialysis and home health care. Her compassion for people is seen daily as she works closely with her patients, physicians and her nursing staff. She lives in McKinney with her husband and their two children.

	Janet Pryor Intake Coordinator Janet has been in home health for 13 years holding various office positions. At Senior Select Home Health she wears multiple hats including intake coordinator and scheduling. Janet lives in Farmersville, Texas and has been married to her husband Johnnie for 33 years. She has two grown daughters and three grandchildren.

	Melissa Burkett Compliance / HR Melissa received her Associate's Degree in Applied Science from Collin County Community College. Her computer and organizational skills are a huge asset to the Senior Select administrative staff. She and her husband are the proud parents of a new son. In her spare time, Melissa likes to exercise, shop and play with her dog.

	Norma Barron Data Entry / Patient Information Coordinator The newest addition to the Senior Select Home Health team, Norma brings seven years secretarial and administrative experience and skills to our front office. This busy mother and grandmother spends as much of her free time as possible enjoying the outdoors.

	Dana Brown Medical Records Clerk Dana graduated from Michigan State University with a Degree in Engineering. Her high energy and organizational skills are invaluable to our front office team. In her free time, Dana enjoys competitive tennis, exercising, boating and skiing. She and her husband Todd, live in McKinney and have two children.

	Kim Miller Administrative Assistant Kim received a Psychology Degree from the University of North Carolina. Her previous work experience includes behavior therapy with Autistic children and marketing for Bell South. Kim is an active volunteer in her community and is a wife and a proud mother of two teenage boys.

	Sharon Garry Administrative Support Sharon is a native of Kentucky, but has lived in Texas for six years (she and her husband like the warm Texas winters). They have also resided in Ohio, Illinois and South Dakota. Sharon has two children and three precious grandchildren and spends her free time traveling to visit them.

	Sheryl Ek Director of Marketing Sheryl's 25 years of orthopedic background helps emphasize the physical therapy focus of home health care in her marketing strategy. Since the doors opened at Senior Select Home Health, Sheryl has marketed the company's philosophy of "Providing Quality Services For A Quality Life." Her passion and enthusiasm is reflected while she is working with case managers, social workers, physicians, families and patients to provide services with the ultimate goal of restoring the highest quality of life possible.

	Carey Coleman, RN Community Liaison / Geriatric Care Manager Carey, a graduate of McKinney's own top ranked Collin County Community College School of Nursing, brings her passion for patients and community education to Senior Select. Her experience in the hospital, physician's office, school nursing and home health is reflected in her high energy presentations and classes. Carey teaches regularly at several North Dallas area senior centers, adult communities, local health fairs and other area special events.

	Laurie Watts Business Development Support Laurie graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management. Laurie's past work experience includes managing 200 employees, facility management, marketing, public relations, budget development and capital fundraising. Her energy and enthusiasm have her involved in leadership roles with many local charities and organizations over the last 10 years. Laurie and her husband have two children and live in McKinney.

	Dana Terry, RN,BSN Clinical Education Coordinator Dana graduated with honors from Mississippi College in 1994 with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing. She brings to Senior Select Home Health experience in medical/surgical, pediatrics along with eight years of home health care. Dana is active in her community and is a volunteer nurse at the Community Health Center of McKinney. She is recently married and has a blended family of four children. In her spare time, she enjoys running and gardening.

	Jolene Aden-Else, RN Nursing Jolene received her Degree in Nursing from Worthington Community College in 1996 and her Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from Minnesota State in 2000. Jolene's employment experience focuses on patient care in geriatrics and home health care. She is married and is the proud mother of a two year old son.

	Catherine Reidy, RN,BSN Nursing Catherine earned her Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame in 1985. Her work experience includes hospice, diabetic education, high risk labor & delivery and home health care. Catherine has been with Senior Select Home Health since the beginning. She is married and has three beautiful daughters.

	Mary Jo Green, RN,BSN Nursing Mary Jo graduated from Mt. Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Her many years of experience includes working in an OB/Gyn office, care of hospice patients and in home health care before coming to Senior Select as one of its original nurses. "My greatest reward in working for Senior Select is my patients." Mary Jo is married and has four children. In her free time, she enjoys playing competitive tennis, reading and scrapbooking.

	Joni Smith, RN,BSN Nursing Joni earned her Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing from University of Texas in Austin in 1986. She brings a wide variety of experience to the nursing team at Senior Select including leadership and management positions in Critical Care and Public Health. Additionally, Joni is an active member and a volunteer in many professional and civic organizations. This busy mother of three children from college to kindergarten has called McKinney, Texas home for 18 years.

	Amy Jack, RN,BSN Nursing Amy received her Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from the University of Texas in Arlington. She brings seven years of nursing experience to Senior Select. The last four years she has been working in home health care which is where she states, "I love to be!" In her free time, Amy loves spending time with her husband and two boys.

	Debbie Martin, RN,BSN Nursing Debbie graduated from the University of Arkansas Medical Science Campus in 1985 with her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She brings her three years of experience from critical care to her now passion; home health care. She is the busy mother of two teenagers. Debbie's other passion is scuba diving.

	Heather Waters, RN,BSN,CWCN Nursing Heather graduated from Lamar University in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She has 10 years home health care experience and is a Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN). She is married and the proud mother of two young daughters.

	Ruth Ann Dombrosky, RN, BSN Nursing Ruth Ann graduated from Texas Women's University in 1994 with her Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing. She has a wide variety of experience including geriatric psychiatry, rehab and 10 years in home health care. This native Texan is married, enjoys scuba diving and has a booth at a local antique mall.

	Cheryl Volberding, RN,BSN Nursing Cheryl joined the Senior Select Home Health team in January 2005. She has been in home health care for the last eight years and brings an impressive 26 years of nursing experience to all her patients and to our agency. She is active in her community and church, volunteering from everything including health fairs to political committees. She is married and has three children. In her free time, Cheryl enjoys competitive tennis, reading and cooking.

	Caycie Wendt, RN,BSN Nursing Caycie graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor's Degree of Nursing. Her work experience includes an extensive critical care internship, ICU and ER training and several years in the Cardiac Cath Lab before transitioning to home health care. Caycie is a newly wed and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.

	Heather Zachary, RN,CCRN Nursing Heather graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology in 1994 and then earned her Nursing Degree from Collin County Community College Nursing School in 1997. She has 10 years of cardiothoracic ICU experience at Baylor Hospital and an additional three years in home health care. Heather has a Critical Care Certification. She is married and has an infant son. Heather enjoys running and activities at her church.

	Sharon Grissom, RN,BSN Nursing Sharon graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1995 with her Bachelor's Degree of Nursing. Her work experience includes work with orthopedic surgeons, medical/surgical nursing, alcohol/drug rehab nursing, school nursing and home health care. Sharon is married and the busy mother of two children. In her free time, she enjoys running, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.

	Melinda Howard, RN Nursing Melinda is currently a school nurse with the McKinney Independent School District and works part time in home health for Senior Select. A graduate from Collin County Community College Nursing School in 1998, she brings 10 years of experience in family practice medicine to her patients. Additionally, Melinda worked at Children's Medical Center in Dallas in the Cancer and Blood Disorders Department. She is married and the proud mother of one son.

	Mickey Mitteer, RN Nursing Mickey graduated from Grayson County College of Nursing and has been working in home health for the last four years. She previously worked at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman. In her free time, Mickey enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.

	Stacey Mason, RN Nursing Stacey graduated from El Centro College's Nursing Program in 1987. She worked at Medical City Dallas in the ICU and NICU for 16 years and in home health care for the last two years. Stacey is married and the busy mother of four children. She enjoys running, watching all sports and being a Youth and Sunday School teacher in her free time.

	Tammy Catsoris, RN Nursing Tammy has been in nursing for 10 years with a focus in geriatric nursing. Her experience includes community nursing for developmentally delayed adults, long term care with Alzheimer's patients and a management position in a rehab/nursing facility. Tammy is currently enrolled in the Collin County Community College Nursing Program to bridge her degree to a Registered Nursing license.

	Yvette Frederick, RN Nursing Yvette graduated from Votech School as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in 1985 before returning to Louisiana State University to earn a degree as a Registered Nurse in 1996. Since moving to Texas in 1996, she has focused all her nursing skills in home health care. Yvette is the proud mother of four children; three girls and one son. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing and interior decorating.

	Danette Roachell, RN Nursing Danette received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing in Lubbock, Texas in 1991. Her professional experience includes more than 10 years in geriatric nursing including wound care and serving as a Director of Nursing at a long term care facility. Additionally, Danette has worked in the ER and on an IV resource team. She is married and the proud mother of four children.

	Mike Miller, RN Nursing Mike graduated from Trinity Valley Community College in 1990 with his Associate's Degree in Nursing. He has worked for five years in home health care. Mike has been married for 17 years and has a son who is also a nurse. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and collecting coins.

	Sharon Weinberg, RN,BSN Nursing Sharon graduated from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio in 1992 with her Bachelor's of Nursing. She brings 14 years of nursing experience to Senior Select Home Health with an emphasis in diabetic education. Sharon is married and loves to travel in her spare time.

	Shawna Stanley, LVN Nursing Shawna graduated from Texas Southmost College, School of Vocational Nursing in 1987. She brings a mixture of experience including pediatrics and labor & delivery until discovering her true professional passion: home health care. Practicing in home health care since 1992, Shawna continues to bring her energy and enthusiasm as a nurse to the Senior Select Home Health team. She is married and the proud mother of two children.

	Monica Stanley, LVN Nursing Monica graduated with honors from Texas State Technical College in Breckinridge, Texas as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in 1998. She has a wide variety of experience focusing mainly on geriatrics. Monica is married and "loves" being in home healthcare.

	Bridget Rodriquez, LVN Nursing Bridget graduated from Midland College in 1998 with her degree as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Her nursing employment experience includes working in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and home health care. She is the very busy mother of three teenage daughters. In her free time, Bridget enjoys reading and spending time with her girls.

	Chad Meeks, LVN Nursing Chad graduated from Grayson County College School of Nursing in 2000. His work experience includes rehabilitation hospitals and home health care. Chad is a newlywed and loves to watch and play sports in his free time.

	Barbara Mlynarczyk, PT Director of Physical Therapy Barbara has been with Senior Select for two years. She was born and raised in Poland and moved to the United States in 1992. She graduated from Physical Therapy School in Katowice, Poland in 1990. Barbara brings 13 years of physical therapy experience in home health care. She has been married to her husband Witold for 15 years and they have two beautiful children.

	Ruth Stull, PT Physical Therapy Ruth, another Senior Select Home Health's charter employees, graduated in 1998 with her Physical Therapy Degree. She brings a professional variety of experience including hospital inpatient, outpatient rehab, skilled nursing facilities and now home health care. Ruth is married and the busy mother of two beautiful children.

	Jenny McBrayer, MSPT Physical Therapy Jenny graduated from University of Texas Medical Center at Dallas in 1999 with a Master's Degree of Science in Physical Therapy. Her employment experience includes two years of work in outpatient orthopedics prior to her move to home health care and Senior Select Home Health. Jenny is married and has two sons.

	Witold Mlynarczyk, PT Physical Therapy Witold was born and educated in Poland. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in 1990 in Katowice, Poland. He moved to the United States in 1992 and has worked in several professional settings. Witold enjoys home health care because of the one-on-one contact with patients and their families. He has been married for 15 years and is the proud father of two children.

	Kathy Dann, PT Physical Therapy Kathy graduated from UT Southwestern Allied Health School in 1995. She is married and the proud mother of two sons. Kathy loves running and competing in triathlons.

	Christina Poindexter, PT,MS Physical Therapy Christina graduated from Texas Women's University Physical Therapy Master's Program in 2004. She has two beautiful children. Christina enjoys traveling, swimming and spending time with her family.

	Kelly Bartscht, PT Physical Therapy Kelly graduated from UT Southwestern Medical School in 1995. Her work experience includes the hospital setting, wound care and home health care. In Kelly's free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, shopping, and playing with her Yellow Labrador Retriever, Penny.

	Sue Dowdy, PT Physical Therapy Sue is a native Texan and is originally from McKinney. She has spent an impressive 20 years working in home health care. Additional work experience includes pediatrics, acute care, geriatrics and rehab facility management. In her spare time, Sue participates in medical mission trips to Brazil, is a certified first responder with Victim Relief Ministries and serves as a chaplain with the Southern Baptist Convention of Texas.

	Diane Gordon, MSPT Physical Therapy Diane graduated from Kansas University with her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. She has worked in acute care and outpatient orthopedics/sports medicine. Diane has been involved in home health care for the last three years. She and her husband live with their four children in Lucas.

	Laurel Trussell, MSPT Physical Therapy Laurel is a graduate of the Texas Women's University Physical Therapy School and has spent the past 10 years working for an inpatient rehabiliation facility before making the move to Home Health. She has lived in the Dallas area for 35 years and is the busy mother of four young children. In her free time, Laurel enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family.

	Cynthia Feldt, PT Physical Therapy Cindy has been a physical therapist for 22 years since receiving her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her professional experience is quite varied, ranging from home health to inpatient rehab. When Cindy's not working, she is busy with her three young children, husband and all of their activities.

	Jennifer Hui, PT,DPT Physical Therapy Jennifer was born in Hong Kong, China. She graduated from the University at Buffalo, New York in 2006. She moved to Dallas, Texas and has specialized in orthopedic rehabilitation. Jennifer enjoys reading and golf in her free time.

	Lacey Feris, MSPT Physical Therapy Lacey received her Bachelor's Degree in education from Rice University in 1995 and her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy in 1998. Her career includes four years in home health care. Lacey is the busy mother of two children and enjoys running and reading in her spare time.

	Linda Rettig, MPT Physical Therapy Linda received her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiological Sciences from the University of Maryland and her Master's of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. She has worked as a physical therapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings and most recently is doing research on hip fracture prevention. Linda speaks Spanish and is an avid Yoga practitioner and instructor.

	Dayee Broniek, PTA Physical Therapy Assistant Dayee received her Bachelor's Degree of Science from Seattle Pacific University in 1991 and then graduated from Collin County Community College Physical Therapy Assistanct School in 1999. She worked in outpatient orthopedics for over 10 years prior to her move to home health care, where she has remained for the last five years.

	David Mock, PTA Physical Therapy Assistant David graduated from the Community College of the Air Force Physical Therapy Assistant program in 1994. He retired from the United States Air Force in 1996 after serving for 20 years. He has worked in the home healthcare field for over 12 years. David is married and enjoys playing golf in his free time.

	Terri Haynes, OTR Director of Occupational Therapy Terri graduated from Ohio State University with her Occupational Therapy Degree and has earned a certification in Neuro Developmental Treatment. Terri brings her 30 years of occupational therapy experience to Senior Select Home Health. She has been married 29 wonderful years to her high school sweetheart and has three beautiful children.

	Jenger McTee, OTR Occupational Therapy Jenger graduated from Texas Women's University in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Her work experience includes inpatient neuro/ortho rehab and home health care. Jenger is married and the busy mother of two children.

	Pam Chomik, MOT,OTR Occupational Therapy A native of Huntington Beach, California, Pam received her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University and her Master of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University. In her 20 years of experience, Pam has practiced in the areas of acute care, rehabilitation and home health care of adults and pediatrics as well as school based Occupational Therapy. Pam has been married 27 years and has three daughters. She loves to travel and photography.

	Laura Baguio, OTR Occupational Therapy Laura graduated from Texas Women's University in May 1995. Her work experience includes inpatient rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, long term acute care centers and home health care. Laura has two young daughters and she enjoys playing competitive tennis.

	Derek West, LOT Occupational Therapy Derek graduated from Texas Tech University in 1997. He began his career at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman TX, where he gained experience in rehab, outpatient rehab and acute care. For the past 9 years he has been practicing in home healthcare. Derek has been married for 10 years and has a 4 year old son.

	Seena Thomas, MHS,OTR/L Occupational Therapy Seena graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, and in 1999 with my Master's Degree in Health Science in Occupational Therapy. She has working primarily in acute care with the geriatric and neurology patients. Seena is married and has a 2 year old son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and home decorating.

	Jessica Tiongson, OTR Occupational Therapy Jessica earned her Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and a minor in Psychology from Texas Women's University in 1991. Her employment experience includes wound care, burns, rehab, outpatient and home health care for 10 years. Jessica is married and has a 10 year old son. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and going to the movies.

	Lisa Pelo, OTR Occupational Therapy Lisa graduated from Texas Women's University in 1995. She spent three years as a traveling Occupational Therapist and worked all over the United States including Georgia, Florida, Nevada and Texas. She has been in home health care for five years. She is married and a busy mother with three children ages three to 17 years old.

	Heather Wilson, LOT Occupational Therapy Heather graduated from Texas Women's University in 1993. Her work experience includes inpatient nero/ortho rehabilitation, outpatient hand therapy, pediatrics, skilled nursing facilities and home health care. This native Texan is married and the proud mother of an active 2 year old. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and exercise walking.

	Jonathon Mancil, OTR Occupational Therapy Jonathon graduated with Honors from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles in 1999 with a Bachelor's of Science in Occupational Therapy. His six years of professional experience include home health care, inpatient acute care, outpatient therapy and pediatrics. Jonathon is married with two beautiful children.

	Amy Klimczyk, COTA Physical Therapy Assistant Amy graduated from Herkimer County Community College in Herkimer, New York in 1987. She is one of the newest additions to the Senior Select Home Health Occupational Therapy team. She is married, has two children and coaches cheerleading in her spare time.

	Kristi Daddario, MA,CCC-SLP Speech Therapy Kristi received her Undergraduate Degree in Speech and Hearing Science and a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from The Ohio State University. She maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association since 1994. Kristi's primary work experience has been centered around the adult population. In her free time, Kristi chases her two kids and plays competitive tennis.

	Ashley Simmons, MS,CCC-SLP Speech Therapy Ashley received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Texas and her Master's Degree from Abilene Christian University. Her professional experience ranges from long term care and geriatrics to home health care. This busy wife and mother of three children is a wonderful addition to the Senior Select Home Health's Speech Therapy Team.

	Christine Carter, MA,CCC-SLP Speech Therapy Christine earned her Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Plattsburgh University in New York. She works for Frisco ISD and has been in home health care for five years. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and competes in triathlon events. She is married and has one son.

	Alice Santillanes, MS,CCC-SLP Speech Therapy Alice received her Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque in 1993. For the past 15 years she has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. Alice is a native Texan and a busy mother of two.

	Julia Elina, MS,CCC-SLP Speech Therapy Julia received her Master's in Science in Communications Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1994. She has worked in hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities with pediatric, adult and geriatric populations and has enjoyed the home health setting for the last seven years. She is very involved in her community and serves on several city boards. Julia shares her home with her son, a pet snake and two dogs.

	Cindy Kleckner, RD,LD Registered and Licensed Dietitian Cindy received her Bachelor's Degree of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed her dietetic internship at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. She is a former president of the Dallas Dietetic Association and Texas Dietetic Association Media Spokesperson and continues to be very active in her profession serving on many boards of the American Dietetic Association. She does nutrition consulting for Market Street and the world-renowned Cooper Aerobics Center. Cindy's specialties include geriatrics, cardiovascular wellness and prevention, weight management, exercise and sports nutrition and culinary nutrition. She is married to her college sweetheart, has two sons and is very active in fitness. Cindy plays competitive tennis and love to travel.

	Sandra McKnight, LMSW Medical Social Worker Sandra earned her Master's in Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans in Louisiana with an emphasis in Gerontology. She brings more than six years of medical social work experience to Senior Select Home Health.

	Stacie Thomas, CNA Home Health Aide Stacie earned her CNA license in 1993 and has enjoyed working with geriatric patients ever since. She started in home health care in 1995 and has been with Senior Select for three years. Stacie is married and the busy mother of three children.

	Denise Quarterman, CNA Home Health Aide A newlywed and a recent transplant from Florida, Denise is the newest addition to the Senior Select Home Health Home Health Aide team. She has been in home health care for 10 years. In her spare time, Denise enjoys spending time with her four children, swimming and working out.

	Linda Traylor, CNA Home Health Aide Linda earned her Certified Nurse Assistant license in 1996. She worked for Garland Independent School District for eight years in the Special Education Department. She is a proud grandmother and enjoys reading, playing with her grandson and taking care of seniors in her free time.
